To reply to your request, send you the case or material you ask for, and keep related business communication about Market Brain.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering your request.

5. Retention

We keep your data until you ask us to delete it.

6. Recipients & processors

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which receives the data you submit and forwards it to us; this involves an international data transfer covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. If you book a call, you'll be taken to Google Calendar (Google LLC, USA) to pick a time; the name and email you provide there are processed by Google under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. All typefaces on this site are self-hosted — no Google Fonts or other third-party font service is used. We do not sell or share your data otherwise, except where required by law.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
